David B. Cetron

Special Operations

David Cetron is an attorney admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey as well as the United States District Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Since joining IMG in 2005, Mr. Cetron has supervised IMG’s litigation support unit. Working with IMG investigators, Mr. Cetron has led investigations supporting class action, mass tort and complex contractual and commercial litigations.

Prior to joining IMG, Mr. Cetron was an associate at a commercial litigation firm focusing on complex construction, environmental and product liability litigation. Before entering private practice, Mr. Cetron served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Kings County District Attorney's Office for 10 years. In that capacity, he investigated and prosecuted thousands of criminal cases and served as lead trial counsel in numerous pre-trial hearings and jury trials. He served as a Supervising Senior Assistant District Attorney as well as a Deputy Bureau Chief in the Early Case Assessment, Criminal Court and Grand Jury Bureaus.

Mr. Cetron has a Bachelor of Arts from the State University of New York at Albany and a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law.
