Daniel Wolf

Mr. Wolf is an expert in corporate due diligence, investigations and litigation support. Prior to joining IMG, he was Managing Director of SPX Corporation's Security and Investigations unit in New York, where he supervised all aspects of the firms dug diligence and litigation support work on behalf of clients.

Previously, Mr. Wolf was Vice President of Investigations for Strang Hayes Consulting, an international corporate security firm based in New York City, where he managed complex domestic and international corporate due diligence work, background investigations, litigation support and surveillance and security work for private equity, venture capital, legal and private clients.

Prior to joining Strang Hayes, Mr. Wolf was a Trial Examiner for the New York City Office of Collective Bargaining. He was also a legal assistant for the in-house legal departments of Revlon Consumer Products [Corporation] and The Gitano Group, Inc. At Gitano, he also served as chief investor relations liaison with the company's stockholders, brokers and the media. Mr. Wolf was also a senior corporate legal assistant with Kramer, Levin, Naftalis & Frankel and Sidley & Austin, where he specialized in business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities and corporate due diligence.

Mr. Wolf has a B.A. from Queens College and a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School.
