Steven Gold

Mr. Gold is an attorney licensed to practice in New Jersey and Florida as well as a variety of federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court. At IMG he is the Vice-President of Special Operations conducting and overseeing due diligence, litigation support and special operations.
Previously, Mr. Gold was a Deputy Attorney General with the State of New Jersey, where he conducted litigation within the state administrative courts. Prior to his work with New Jersey, Mr. Gold worked doing high level appeals as a Deputy Solicitor General for the Solicitor General of Florida within the Attorney General’s Office. While at the Solicitor General, Mr. Gold was involved in a variety of legal cases on behalf of the Attorney General and various Departments of State on a wide range of offensive and defensive actions.
Mr. Gold has extensive experience in general corporate law, health care and appellate litigation. He has briefed and argued before multiple State Appellate Courts, as well as federal courts, including an oral argument at the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Gold is currently an advisor and General Counsel to a variety of privately held corporations where he helps them from formation to exit strategies.
Mr. Gold has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Yale University and a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the University of Florida, Levin School of Law. He also has Masters Degrees in Public Health (M.P.H.) from the University of Florida and Bioethics (M.B.E.) from the University of Pennsylvania.
